I do like the way how it was handle not so much pressure into buying the car, because otherwise I would have to walk away from it. Usually pretty fast with oil changes etc. Very slow last time. Seems like they’re trying to upsell maintenance items too. Maybe price your cars lower so you don’t have to make up revenue through the service department.

The sales representative/ professional I worked with was good at the work and I did not hesitate to purchase the vehicle. I withheld one star, because of the after sale service I received. It was not clear what they did but my concern was not addressed. They specialize in Toyota and their repairs concentrate on Toyota models even though they sell other models (used cars), which was the root of the confusion I experienced.
