Very busy service department but their system kept things going fairly smoothly. They didn't seem to have enough service writers available when I came in but several times someone came up to me and let me know one would be by shortly. My service writer Adam did a great job explaining to me what my car needed and the cost involved.

Had a nice experience with Temecula Valley Toyota. First I like to research before I buy anything. I spent a long time looking at vehicles and found what I liked best. Working over the internet with a sales person was great. Information was sent as soon as it was requested, and follow up was just right. Not too much but questions were answered. I want to start and say when I called the service telephone operator on 08/01/20 she advised the service department was booked and I should wait until Monday. I advised her I was driving to the dealership due to some electrical problems. She advised I could leave it and they will look at it on Monday. When I arrived at the service department they greeted me nicely and wanted to help. Service adviser Lance met with me and advised he would take my truck and have it checked out.
