First time here. I was pretty impressed with their serivce. Nothing felt forced on me when it came to my routine Toyota prepaid maintenance package service. I came by for my 2nd service out of 5 services I bought from Toyota for my car. Adam and the staff were all chill and pleasant to deal with. Beautiful dealership and service center which they have two of them. Ones a full service center and the second one is just across the street and that's a quick service center.

Okay I visited both ford and Toyota and I have bought 3 vehicles so I felt I cheated on Toyota but I know why I always go with temecula Toyota. Not only did I get the truck I wanted but they went beyond that. They got me a better truck for what I wanted to pay. Oscar was really good and professional but John our sales manager has always been amazing and came through for me.

I was very straightforward with my purchase and the team did everything to accommodate me and more! Cole and Michael were fantastic throughout the process. I expressed my intentions to purchase a vehicle very early on and Cole went ahead and set the vehicle aside for me! I felt no pressure in the paperwork process for any additional upgrades but was also made aware if I was interested. I also ended up getting the vehicle I wanted for a really good value! It was an entirely smooth and quick process, will definitely purchase through TV Toyota in the future!

We called the dealership on Sunday to find out if they had a specific car in their inventory and they confirmed that they did. We told them that we had a quote from another dealer for the same vehicle and they matched the price. We did the paperwork online before driving to Temecula and everything was ready when we got there two hours later. Michael was helpful throughout the entire process and provided wonderful support.

Excellent service today from Toyota Dealer Temecula.Service Department. I have a new Service Advisor. His name is Chris Szotyori. I find him to be respectful and gives honest feedback and doesn't give you the scare tactic. Way better than old guard service advisors who are more in tune with increasing the bottomline by injecting must-be-done-now tactics without explaining it. Also waiting lounge area is skimpy -- No free snacks unlike other dealerships like Subaru, Honda, or Lexus.

Terrible customer service from the sales department. Car was not properly cleaned and had gum stuck to the driver side door trim, had a missing key and EV charging cable along with damaged display screen when I picked it up.
I purchased a new 2015 Toyota Highlander XLE from this office in 2014. Now in 2026, the car has 66,550 miles on it. I had several dealers offer, but I felt the offer was too low. Toyota Service departnent is exellent. The waiting area is very roomy with many comfortable tables and chairs to choose from. Bathrooms nearby. There is complimentary coffee station in waiting room. The service was done right away and completed at the time expected. There also a complimentary car wash coupon for us. They give a grade A+ services.

Dale Ferguson was amazing. He spent close to an hour with me and I learned so much about my new RAV4.His expertise about the vehicle went well above anything I expected. He started at the driver's door, then progressed all around the unit and then took me out for a demo drive. If that were not enough he then took me through the car wash before I left the dealership. I went about a week ago and ended up getting a Camry SE from Nick Romero. He was great, kind, and helpful. The process was super smooth and I was in & out of the dealership within an hour and a half. Albert the finance manager was also great, you won't find a smoother/faster process at another dealership!
Ask for Rudy Vides! My experience was great even before I came in. Rudy looked all over the Southwest for the Rav4 I wanted. When I came in he was very acknowledgeable and gave me a great deal. Since it's been 20+ years since I owned a new car, he walked me through all the bells and whistles that car came with. I will be back. I have already recommended to several friends and family they should go see Rudy.
Temecula Valley Toyota dealership was very clean. Their employees were very attentive to our needs. They didn’t have the vehicle that we were there to look at, but they did show us other vehicles that made us happy that we decided to go to their dealership first.

Our salesman Rosalio (Leo) was the kindest person I have ever dealt with when looking at cars. He was patient, and very knowledgeable and has already helped me with questions after the lease was completed. The sales manager Don Rutledge was super nice and we feel we received a fair deal on our new Camry. Our finance person Reggie Dickerson was also very very nice, and patient and explained things without being in a hurry. All in all the best car experience we have ever had!
