First time here. I was pretty impressed with their serivce. Nothing felt forced on me when it came to my routine Toyota prepaid maintenance package service. I came by for my 2nd service out of 5 services I bought from Toyota for my car. Adam and the staff were all chill and pleasant to deal with. Beautiful dealership and service center which they have two of them. Ones a full service center and the second one is just across the street and that's a quick service center.

Excellent Service

Okay I visited both ford and Toyota and I have bought 3 vehicles so I felt I cheated on Toyota but I know why I always go with temecula Toyota. Not only did I get the truck I wanted but they went beyond that. They got me a better truck for what I wanted to pay. Oscar was really good and professional but John our sales manager has always been amazing and came through for me.

I was very straightforward with my purchase and the team did everything to accommodate me and more! Cole and Michael were fantastic throughout the process. I expressed my intentions to purchase a vehicle very early on and Cole went ahead and set the vehicle aside for me! I felt no pressure in the paperwork process for any additional upgrades but was also made aware if I was interested. I also ended up getting the vehicle I wanted for a really good value! It was an entirely smooth and quick process, will definitely purchase through TV Toyota in the future!

We called the dealership on Sunday to find out if they had a specific car in their inventory and they confirmed that they did. We told them that we had a quote from another dealer for the same vehicle and they matched the price. We did the paperwork online before driving to Temecula and everything was ready when we got there two hours later. Michael was helpful throughout the entire process and provided wonderful support.
