I have a brand new EV vehicle that appeared to have a battery issue so I had to have it towed to the dealer. Toyotas roadside assistance provided excellent service, had a tow truck pick me up within an hour and when we got to the dealer they were already expecting me. They were on it! My car was dropped off and they immediately started looking at it to diagnose the issue. They took me to the local mall to shop while they worked on my car and after about 2 hrs my car was fixed and they sent someone to pick me up. When I got there my car was waiting for me right in front. My service advisor was Matt, he kept me informed and provided excellent service! Overall my experience with this dealer was exceptional, way above average! Thanks to Matt and Temecula Valley Toyota, you have my future service business if needed.
