Brianna Quintero was my Service Advisor for my last service and she was on point. The Customer Service rendered by Brianna & the other staff, to include Rick Lee was fantastic and even price matching for tires & alignment was very much appreciated. From the nice air conditioned waiting area, videos of inspection, to the shuttling across the street for a rental car, the service was awesome. The dealership was clean and filled with friendly and helpful staff. Angelica helped us purchase our car and working with her was so fun. She was funny and straight to the point. It was refreshing to work with someone who didn’t feel like they were just trying to get a sale. She learned what we liked and didn’t try to pressure us into overspending, and helped us make the decision of the new RAV4 versus used - which is originally why we had planned.
