They worked hard to get us the best deal possible on the specifically equipped vehicle that we were looking for. The vehicle was in transit to the dealer and they kept us up to date as to when it would arrive. Once the vehicle was delivered, they made sure the vehicle was checked over and cleaned for delivery to us. They also made sure we understood the settings for the infotainment system and other user specific accessories. They assisted with getting our phones connected to the vehicle and the Toyota app. They are really dedicated to what they do.
