Easy and efficient

I was hunting for a very specific trail hunter truck. I told Toyota Dale what I needed and explained I did not want to pay market adjustments. Several weeks later I was surprised when Dale called me up with the exact vehicle I wanted at a fair price. He took the time to explain and demonstrate all the vehicles features. The price and buying experience was very straightforward and there was no shady haggling. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Dale and this dealer even if you have to drive a way to get there. They have a lot more integrity and attention to detail than other dealers I went to.

I had Kevon as my advisor. I have a 2007 FJ cruiser that I took in for some overdue maintenance. I am quite fond of this SUV and he was very helpful to make sure that it was taken cared off.

The service writers that greet you are always knowledgeable (thank you Elizabeth) and friendly. At the Temecula dealership, the line to drop off one’s car became so long that people were forced to wait in the street but team members quickly sorted us out into a double line so everyone was able to wait safely to check in. I feel that my car is well taken care of and no one tries to “up sell” me services I don’t require. The one area where I think improvement could be made is shortening the wait time after you have checked out. I waited quite a while for them to bring my car around. It could be that I was there at the very busiest time. Thank you for your service. It is appreciated.

All of the employees were very efficient and so helpful! Everything was explained to me before the work was done so I knew what maintenance my car required and approved it before the the maintenance was started.

Between my girlfriend and I, we have purchased twelve new vehicles in the past 7 years. I've purchased cars from Ford, Ram, Nissan, Honda, BMW, and Subaru, all in the Temecula area. I went to Ford first as I was trading in my F250 for a new truck. I bought a F150 Raptor and a F250 as my last two vehicles and always give my current manufacturer my first try. After dealing with Ford for about 10 minutes they were already playing games with me. Telling me all F150 Lightings on the lot were sold and they only had one left so, "I better get it quick before it's gone". Saying this while I was the ONLY customer on the entire lot. I bought vehicles from this location before and wasn't anything like this, I felt like they thought I was gullible this time around. How covid has changed the car buying experience here. They disregarded the lease offer from another Ford dealer and kept saying it was fake. No pricing discussed, they just kept asking me if I was going to buy a truck. I couldn't leave fast enough. The manager even followed me out to my truck telling me how all their cars were moving fast and I better act fast. Again, no other potential buyers on the lot. I liked the new Tacoma and figured I'd at least test drive it. I drove down the street to Toyota not expecting much. I was met by Johnny Nino, he was helpful without being pushy. I asked about my trade-in and test driving a Tacoma. He went in to get me an offer on my trade-in while going out of his way to get the color Tacoma I wanted, even though it was out of the way. He came back with an offer on my truck, unfortunately it was not what I was looking to get. So, I told him what I was expecting and he told me he would get someone to call around to try and get me the best price possible. By that time the Tacoma was ready for me to test drive. I took it out and liked it. We proceeded to talk numbers. The first proposal on the Tacoma was more than I was looking to spend. We discussed options to get the payment down to my level of liking. I feel like John made all the sacrifices on his end to get the payments down. Not just standard, "how much more can you put down", I felt he was really working for me. John went back only to come back soon after saying they found someone to take my truck at my asking price. All that was left was getting my new payments down. No fighting, no energy wasted, just action on Johns part. He ended up getting me an amazing payment on the Tacoma very quickly. I can't say enough good about how I was appreciated as a person and not just another customer. Johnny was very polite and we even talked about past and current cars we've owned. I could not believe how easy this whole process was, I honestly wasn't expecting to leave with anything other than my trade-in. Thank you to Jonny and all the people behind the scenes. I am so happy I decided to give them a try. When I want to get a new vehicle, Temecula Valley Toyota will be the first stop.

This review is about the service department. I was there on Nov 21 2024 because my 2017 Tacoma key remotes stopped working. I tried the usual fixes myself, new batteries, youtube resets etc, nothing worked. I took it to Temecula Valley Toyota and they figured it out in a few hours. It required some kind of computer reset and re-pairing of the remotes. When I arrived I was told there would be a $215 charge for the diagnostics that needed to be done, but when I retrieved the truck the service attendant said "no charge, we did have to do much" I was blown away. They could have charge me a minimum of $215, or made up some story about a bad receiver part that costs $1000 but they did not. Real integrity and I have been going here for service for many years and I am always treated fairly, but this time was off the charts. Thank you!
