From the moment we connected, Dale was incredibly responsive, friendly, professional, and respectful. He truly goes above and beyond for his customers, and I honestly feel like I got lucky to work with him on this purchase. Dale helped me with my Grand Highlander Hybrid MAX Limited, and the entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress‑free, which I really appreciated. He even took the time to personally deliver my vehicle, which helped me tremendously. He also went the extra mile by setting up the car for me, making sure everything was ready and easy to use from the moment I drove it. Dale took helpful videos walking through the features so I could refer back to them anytime — something I truly found incredibly helpful. Recently had my Rav 4 serviced at the Temecula Valley Toyota Express Location. Everyone I talked to was great! Service was fast and finished before they promised. Definitely recommend all Toyota owners to use the Express Service in Temecula.

I haven’t even bought a car here yet but felt compelled to write a review. I have only had horrible anxiety inducing experiences at car dealerships so I went here stressing. From the moment we got there everyone was nice and made test driving etc so easy. No pressure from anyone. No BS sales tactics. Just the easiest stress free experience. No wonder they have such good reviews here on google. Will def be getting our car from here!

First visit to the Express facility. Seems to be managed well as they were busy but managed it well. I had an appointment and they told me it would be 3 1/2 hours for an alignment. It didn't take that long more like an hour and a half, so not too bad.
