Toyota of Temecula Valley has stepped up their game. I have nothing but good to say about their new Express Service location and staff. Brianna Quintero was my Service Advisor for my last service and she was on point. The Customer Service rendered by Brianna & the other staff, to include Rick Lee was fantastic and even price matching for tires & alignment was very much appreciated. From the nice air conditioned waiting area, videos of inspection, to the shuttling across the street for a rental car, the service was awesome. The dealership was clean and filled with friendly and helpful staff. Angelica helped us purchase our car and working with her was so fun. She was funny and straight to the point. It was refreshing to work with someone who didn’t feel like they were just trying to get a sale. She learned what we liked and didn’t try to pressure us into overspending, and helped us make the decision of the new RAV4 versus used - which is originally why we had planned. I would recommend friends and family to this dealership and Angelica specifically for future car purchases.

Recently had my Rav 4 serviced at the Temecula Valley Toyota Express Location. Everyone I talked to was great! Service was fast and finished before they promised. Definitely recommend all Toyota owners to use the Express Service in Temecula.

I haven’t even bought a car here yet but felt compelled to write a review. I have only had horrible anxiety inducing experiences at car dealerships so I went here stressing. From the moment we got there everyone was nice and made test driving etc so easy. No pressure from anyone. No BS sales tactics. Just the easiest stress free experience. No wonder they have such good reviews here on google. Will def be getting our car from here!
