Dale Ferguson was amazing. He spent close to an hour with me and I learned so much about my new RAV4.His expertise about the vehicle went well above anything I expected. He started at the driver's door, then progressed all around the unit and then took me out for a demo drive. If that were not enough he then took me through the car wash before I left the dealership.
