President's Award

Each year Toyota Motor Sales recognizes its finest dealerships with the prestigious President's Award. The President's Award honors Toyota dealers that excel in all facets of their operations. It is recognition for dealerships that continue to go above and beyond at each customer touch point and represent the best of the best.

President's Cabinet Award

The President's Cabinet Award is Toyota's most exclusive and prestigious honor.  Limited to a maximum of only 12 dealerships in the country, the award recognizes select dealers for their operations excellence, high volume sales, and most importantly, outstanding guest satisfaction performance.

Toyota Board of Governors Award

Each year, an elite group of dealers are recognized by Toyota Motor Sales for their sales success and hard work. To be considered for this award, it must be one of the top 60 dealers in non-fleet sales volume, having been operating for more than one year, and accomplish many other benchmarks that help to ensure that dealerships are meeting customers needs. 

Toyota Service Excellence Award

Each year, Toyota Motor Sales recognizes its best performing Toyota Service Departments with the prestigious Service Excellence Award. This award is presented to dealerships that have demonstrated a commitment to maintaining Toyota's highest standards for customer satisfaction, training, and customer-friendly processes.

One of Toyota's primary goals is to emphasize the entire ownership experience. We want to help ensure that our customers are satisfied not only at the time of purchase, but as long as they own their vehicle. Offering top quality cars and trucks is, of course, the first step - but only the beginning. Toyota dealerships strive to match the quality of our products with the finest service in the industry. In order to qualify for the Service Excellence Award, dealerships must excel in a series of categories focused on increasing your satisfaction during your Toyota Service experience. Dealerships who earn this award have trained Certified Service Managers as well as continuous technician training to ensure the highest quality work on your Toyota vehicles.

Parts Excellence Award

Each year, Toyota Motor Sales recognizes its best Parts dealerships with the prestigious Parts Excellence Award. This award is presented to dealerships that have demonstrated a commitment to maintaining Toyota's highest standards for customer satisfaction.

One of Toyota's primary goals is to emphasize the entire ownership experience. The Toyota Financial Services (TFS) Circle of Excellence Award recognition program honors Toyota dealers who excel in all facets of their finance and insurance operations - measured in sales of TFS products and customer satisfaction. This prestigious award exemplifies the progressive partnership and collaborative efforts between TFS and Toyota dealers which help to achieve mutual goals of increased sales, loyalty and long term profitable growth.

Customer Relations Excellence

Each year, Toyota Motor Sales recognizes its best Customer Relations dealerships with the prestigious Customer Relations Excellence Award. This award is presented to dealerships that have demonstrated a commitment to maintaining Toyota's highest standards for customer satisfaction.
